水下倒置心理壓力:旁觀者將發現受困者在水下的時間感會顯著加速;教學重點在於引導學員覺察自身壓力水平,並對水下倒置的感官刺激進行「去敏感化 (Desensitize)」訓練。Underwater Inversion Stress: Observers will note that the underwater time perception of the inverted swimmer speeds up significantly. The key teaching focus is to help students become aware of their own stress level and “desensitize” their sensory response to underwater inversion.

船隻必須完全翻轉到底,頭部最後抬起。The boat must be flipped completely upside down, and the head must be the absolute last part to lift.

鬆手再抓Release and Re-grasp

鬆開船隻後重新抓取,在倒置狀態下等待 15 秒。Release the boat, then find and grab it again; wait for 15s inverted.

完全等待Full Inverted Waiting

在完全倒置狀態下等待救援,建立心理舒適感。Wait completely inverted for rescue to establish high psychological comfort.

常態化目標 Normalization Goal

將陌生的水下動作「常態化 (Normalize)」,使其轉化為直覺本能;這能有效降低正式翻滾時的大腦認知負荷,讓學員依靠肌肉記憶自然反應。“Normalize” unfamiliar underwater actions to turn them into intuitive instincts. This effectively lowers cognitive load during official rolling drills.

初階課程範例 Basic Course Example

初階課程將場域轉移至具備真實水流的環境,學員將開始學習如何利用船體側傾 (Heeling) 與水流互動,並初步理解河流閱讀與技術性救援策略。

The Basic course shifts the learning environment to moving river current. Students learn to interact with the river using boat heeling and develop initial rapid reading & safety/rescue strategies.

前後掃槳 (Sweeps) 練習,強調軀幹旋轉 (Rotation) 帶動划槳。Sweeps practice, emphasizing torso rotation to drive the paddle.

移動MOVEMENT
移動動能 (Moving)Moving Motion

前進/後退槳、前後橫移 (Draws)、髖部拉槳、撥水橫移。Forward/back strokes, draws, hip snaps draws, and sculling draws.

傾斜TILT
傾斜動能 (Tilt)Tilting Motion

低位支撐與高位支撐的發力機制。Low brace and high brace leverage mechanics.

安全注意 Safety Note

高位支撐 (High Brace) 解釋:肘部務必朝下產生阻力。若對側肘部抬起,槳葉會潛入水中導致受傷。High Brace: Elbows must point down to create resistance. If the opposite elbow rises, the blade dives, causing injury.

翻滾教學入門 (Roll Lesson) Eskimo Roll Introduction

Step 01
C to C 示範與位置設定C-to-C Demo & Set-up

以右手控制槳葉為主,首先進入 Set up (設定位置)。Control the paddle blade primarily with the right hand. First enter the Set up position.

Step 02
關鍵觸覺連結Tactile Spatial Awareness

左拇指緊貼座艙後緣(或臀部),右手向下推向左側。建立身體與船隻的空間連結。Keep your left thumb tight against the cockpit rim (or hip), and push your right hand down to the left. Establish tactile body-to-boat mapping.

Step 03
動力轉移與翻正Hip Snaps & Roll-up

拉槳並配合髖部翻正,右肘往右膝靠攏並帶動上提,同時左肘不要上抬(避免雞翅膀動作)。關鍵:頭部保持朝下並防止槳葉下鑽。Sweep the paddle and hip snap. Pull your right elbow tight to your right knee, while keeping your left elbow down (avoid chicken wing posture). Key: keep head down and prevent paddle from diving.

教學重點 Key Focus

心理建設:指導員在水中協助調整身體位置,水下一切都是反向且倒置的,單用認知解釋很難理解,必須透過體驗來感受正確位置,幫助學員「感覺」反向空間。Mental Strategy: The instructor assists in water body adjustments. Underwater is inverted and counter-intuitive. Doing is understanding; let the student “feel” the inverted space.
