隱私遮蔽防線 Privacy Masking
選擇「有限公開」時，個資會在後端直接進行混淆與遮蔽（例如電話 `0912***456`、人名 `陳*君`），並完全剔除聯絡信箱與緊急家屬電話，絕不發送至前端，保障隱私。
自動逾時機制 Auto-Overdue
當系統時間超出隊伍預計上岸時間且尚未收到安全解除通報時，狀態將直接變更為「逾時警報」，以引起社群共同聯防與協助確認。
自動歸檔下架 Auto-Archive
為確保看板資料的時效與整潔，凡是標註為「平安上岸」的隊伍，在預計上岸時間經過 24 小時後即會自公開 API 列表中完全抹除下架。
